Japan-made jacket in 100% cotton wool & polyester lining

The influence of motorcycle culture on Japanese label Neighborhood’s output has always been ubiquitous — unsurprising, as its founder Shinsuke Takizawa has been involved in the customization world since day one. Their new jacket pays homage to the 2-wheeled world by biting the motorcycle jacket design, throwing a spin on it by substituting leather for a soft brushed-wool in navy, green, and black plaid. As can be expected from Neighborhood, the Japanese made jacket features some nice detailing — including side pockets that zip around to the back, zipped cuffs adjustable waist tabs. Pick it up at Mr. Porter for $1,600.
